      Traded in my Vehicle four weeks ago. Called to see why it wasn't paid off yet. Dealer stated the check was sent in. The Lady I talked to pretty much told me I was lying about my payoff amount. We called when I traded it in and got a 20 day payoff. She in the best voice of hate she had said Sir there is interest and we received the canceled insurance and will need to place our own insurance on the loan. She didn't want to hear that I traded it in. She just heard I was a low life that didn't want to make another payment and canceled my insurance. I just hung up and told Royal Gate Dodge to handle it with them. I will never do business with them again. US Bank as always been good to me.

      Worse banking experience I have ever had. After pulling credit and checking income I was approved for refinancing an existing loan. The loan officer, Julia, must have been new, because she kept making mistakes and would leave the office to ask other people what to do. I went to first community 5 separate times to get this loan done because she would leave me alone for long periods of time. One time she didn't know how to get the loan number for my existing loan, so she gave me the phone number to my existing lender and left. I called them and after several minutes spoke with someone and got all the information. I sat and waited for her to return. Finally another loan officer came and told me she was still working on it. I told her I already called and got the information and she could come back and do the loan. After waiting another ten minutes she never returned. I finally left. Next business day they called and denied me! How can I be denied for a loan I already have? Five wasted trips! This isn't my first bad experience, they also lost a credit card but I thought I would give them a second chance. No more. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I'm moving my money to another credit union.

      This is not the bank it used to be! Very poor customer service last few years to the point that i am closing all my accounts..I've had first community for over 10 years. Just lost a direct deposit and until they were proven to have lost it by tracking number just kept denying. Sad to see once a great financial institution that was very trusted turn into what it is today! Consumers beware!

      Very misleading financial institution. I got refinanced my home with them but I would not recommend them to anyone. They will charge you tons of hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR CHECKING AND SAVING: direct deposits got rejected 3 times for no reason. TOTAL WAST OF TIME

      Never had a problem with them and the peeps that do I.E. read the reviews have been burned by not paying their bills. I would not recommend having your auto loan house loan and banking at the same place. You need to cover your butt. CYA. The people at the credit union are just fine to me. No problems. Always have access to my money. And the racist comments left as reviews are . Well. Racist. So take that with a grain of salt.

      Had an auto loan through FCCU, and after the loan was paid off, they refused to give my dad the release...with a notarized Power of Attorney drawn up specifically for this vehicle. I was stationed out-of-state and couldn’t just “stop by” to get this resolved. Had to drive 400+ miles to come in-person. This is a clown credit union.

      My husband and I Applied for a morgage loan and they declined it, even with a decent credit score, great payment history, and great income, yes we had some flaws on our credit in the past like mostly others but we have kept an excelent credit history over 10+ years and it still wasnt good enough. We moved on and went with USA Morgage who approved us for up to 300 k, got a decent rate too. We closed on our house last August, You dont deserve our business.

      the vice president declined me an auto loan for a new car because i do not currently own a reliable form a transportation. i have tier 1 credit score, and a letter from my works franchise owner stating proof of hourly wage, multiple years of employment, and reliability.

      I have 3 auto loans threw first community never been paid late! Called because THEY messed up and took payment out 9 days early! They insisted it was my fault and not theres, was hung up on! And my bank account will still remain negative and be stuck paying an overdraft fee because they have chosen to take the money early! 3 loans 35 thousand dollars and I couldn't be more unhappy with a bank. Go with bank of america atleast they are always more than willing to help us.

      I've been a FCCU customer for 6 years and I've no problems with their services. I've been using credit unions rather than banks since the 2008 financial collapse. I don't think FCCU is or expect FCCU to be perfect because no one is. What I do expect is for FCCU to not engage in unethical or criminal behavior like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, HSBC, and other big banks do on a regular basis (with little or no consequence). So far I am satisfied.
