  Went in to the Bridgeton branch today to open a new account and take care of some other business. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Nolte. She could not have been any more pleasant or helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I got everything I needed today as conveniently as possible. Great customer service!

  TWO TIMES I WENT TO THIS BANK AND IT TOOK WELL OVER 30 MINS TO EVEN MOVE UP IN LINE. SO FREAKING SLOW.

  ATM out of money again. Tried calling but there were 31 callers in front of me.

  I've banked here for about 7 years or so. It's a good bank, don't usually have many issues at all. Biggest complaints: outside atm (not the one up front attached to the building) is down a lot. And when you go to the drive up thing where you put your stuff in the tube and send it up, half the time it seems like there is only one person working inside and the wait gets a bit ridiculous. You can sit there for 10+ minutes before anyone in any of the lines moves!

  My son put my credit card in their machine connected to the bank. The machine took the credit card and would not return it. My son went inside to tell one the staff. The staff member was rude and told him to tell me that my credit card is gone and to get another one. I called and talked to another staff member. She stated the machine been having problems. I stated that if it has been having problems why are you letting people use it. She stated it is nothing she could do about it and that I will not be able to get my credit card back. The credit union should be more responsible with the services that they offer.

  Whike this may be the only credit union near me that takes the card I have, four out of five times I'm there none of their ATMs are functioning. The drive-thru will be out of order or empty without being marked, and their walk-up one will just have a sorry sign on it.

  I love this credit union!! Never had a problem and I've been a member since 2011. Great staff!!
