  Drive up ATM always has problems. Most of my transactions are deposits and the ATM is either down for servicing or unavailable to deposit. I have tried different times during the day/evening and weekdays/weekend.

  Messed up my ssn while applying for a auto loan and now I have to go through all these steps to fix it when they said I gave them the wrong ssn (which was the right one).

  Leaving another negative review. I had asked this bank to accurately spell my name on my card. They dropped the ball on this. I can't rely on this bank to do basic transactions, card name changes etc. I don't get results until after I bring up an issue and I always get the same response that they care about their customers. Their actions have shown that they don't.

  They have shared banking with the credit union I use, but apparently it's only on the outside atm so the turned me away when I wanted to come in to get my coins counted, and deposited(about $50 worth) Very rude, and petty.

  This place is the worst. When I first moved to the area my fiancé (now wife) tried to open an account but since all the bills were in my name, should couldn't "prove" her address. Even though she had mail in her name from the USPS (that's the federal government by the way) they denied her an account. I ended up opening up an account, even got my car loan through them. Today we went in to put her on my account and were told that they had to run a credit check to ad her. I've NEVER had a bank or credit union run my damn credit. It's not a loan, it's an account. So I told the teller that I'd be in next week to cancel everything I have with them. All I got as a response was a smile and an, "Ok".

Please let me explain the reasons why we require identification, reliable address verification and credit reviews for new members. In order to meet our obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act and protect members from identify theft we gather and verify information on all new members. If you recall, we required the same information from you when your account was opened, including a credit check. Your wife was counseled in advance of the credit check and authorized us to complete it. Had we known of a concern we would have halted the process immediately. We are committed to protecting our members privacy and helping them achieve their financial goals. It was never our intention to offend you.

  Horrible, horrible customer experience. Teller Tracey (sp?) was proud of the fact that she was unhelpful to me, even smirking as I got frustrated and walked out. I wouldn't go back there even if they had the best rates in town. ATM broken 1/5/18 and 1/19/18.

  I use the ATM at this bank to make deposits in forest grove. My gripe on this place is the ATMs are so old, they use deposit slips. Hopefully during their renovation they consider upgrading to newer scanner technology for instant deposits.

  ATM has been updated and is great except if people don't wait back at the line they can view pretty much everything you're doing
