Pinnacle Bookkeeper1First Community Bank always has some sort of foul-up. Present one is a new website that works so well that I have not been able to have online banking for the 4 companies and 2 individuals for whom I manage their accounts. All I hear from the customer service is "I am so sorry". Good thing is that there are other banks in the area and I have an appointment with one on Monday.

Overall, we had have good results with our upgrade, however, we feel your frustration, especially on the first day of the month when demand is up and bookkeepers need to start on their end of month reporting. Barbara Cumbee5I had an issue with one of my accounts (not anything bank had done) that required my closing checking account, opening another checking account and transferring auto drafts . When I called them, I talked to Misty, not a machine. Misty and Pam at the Christiansburg branch treated it as their problem as well as mine, and with their help, got it fixed. It is comforting to know there is a real person just a phone call away when I need them. Great service.

denise armstead1I called last week to have my car expedited on February 13 I was charge $25 to have the car expedited for some reason it ended up being sent as standard I was not happy about that very upset how do we call the bank and have the card expedited againNot the best bank to bank with needs to update to where you can get a chip card directly at the bank
