  zero stars, they stopped providing a service i was using and then when i called about it they lied and said they never had it, the debit card they gave me won't work for most online payments, and the "security code' they're supposed to text me to get into online banking never shows up thus locking me out of my own bank account. I never would've set up the account to begin with if i had known how terrible they were.

  I have always used First Community Bank and love the staff there! I have started using the mobile app and it is great! The app is very user friendly with all the quick functions you need: direct deposit, fund transfer and more. If you ever have issues with it, just call and they are very willing to help!

  This Bank is a joke. My mother in law has been banking with them for a very long time, for as long as my husband can remember. She went to buy a house and before they would close she had to sell the one she was living in. We bought in and closed with Eva Bank in 3 weeks. Now I have a house that I can not move into because they have still yet to allow her to close on her new house. Loan officer Misty Shannon says she has not had enough time to get all the paperwork together. Um you have had almost 2 months! I want to move into MY HOUSE! My new appliances and services are supposed to be delivered and turned on starting Saturday. Now I have to have my new things in a dusty garage at MY HOUSE. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

  This bank has always treated me very nice. Their personnel are always very nice while at the same time time being very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to do it. Would not think of changing my bank.

  Not being open on Saturdays is very inconvenient. I don't like having a cap on my money. I can't get my money on Saturdays because they don't open on Saturdays. Most banks do half days on Saturday. I am going to change banks .

  I do not like having to change my online password every so often at all! About the time I get it memorized I have to change and it NEVER takes the new password I always have to call and get someone to fix it! Quit changing the passwords!!!
