  I've been banking here for about 10+ years, never disappointed. Recently though I am strongly dissatisfied and am considering changing Banks at this point. All new people there, very slow and personally I don't really care for them. I miss all the old employees that were there. They truly were the BEST. Goodbye first Commonwealth I will be closing my account do to your unfriendly, unhelpful employees.

  1st Commonwealth is a great bank and this is a good branch. Tellers are friendly and always helpful. Only 4 stars because it can be a nightmare trying to pull out of the parking lot. Very tough to get in and out of this location quickly during peak times of day.

  Friendly staff, very efficient , while keep a warm small town atmosphere. We have banked there for 19 years, and, when you walk into the lobby, they make you feel welcome.

  Great bank with friendly employees. But it is really hard to get out of the parking lot most days. I also wish they were open longer, most people do not get off until 5 and by the time they get to the bank it is closed.

  Completely screwed me over when I was deployed and money was missing from my account. Refused to do anything since I couldn't go in to the branch office. I lost hundreds of dollars and a rediculous amount of overdraft fees thanks to this terrible bank. Will NEVER do business with them again.

  The waiting is so long they move slower then my dead grandma I be 50 by the time I got thing too do for god sake open up the lobby or move faster one of the two

  Very friendly staffed and sympathetic towards me about my fathers passing as I set up the estate account. Which I greatly appreciated. Couldn't have asked for greater folks.

  Easy to set up a basic checking account - friendly employees. Location here is kind of rough with the traffic, though.

  100% slowest drive through out of alllll the other locations. Every time.
