  First citizens Federal Credit Union not only cares about their customers but also about animals and the people in their community. We were gifted land that we needed to continue our rescue work that the bank turned over to us. We are forever grateful for their compassion kindness and community support.   The customer service has seriously declined over the past few years. This bank was amazing when they first opened, now I have had so many bad customer service experiences with them that I am closing all accounts. My last straw was sitting in the drive through line for about 15 minutes before the teller even acknowledged I was there. She said sorry but she was busy then turned around. I could see her and 3 others take customers in the indoor line before me. I had no choice to wait even longer because I already sent my check and license over the shoot. 10 mins later she comes back to do my transaction. It took less than 60 seconds. So on that note, I’m done. This bank has awful customer service.

  Lobby is closed due to Covid and good luck getting anyone on the phone if you have an issue with anything. Got disconnected 7 times and once I got to the end of the robot prompt, there was no option to speak with someone. I really wanted to like this place because it's a credit union, but the customer service is awful

  Horrible bank dont waste your time. Bank is so trash. They will find any reason to hold your money. Use a shoe box under the bed before u put your money in this dump

  This bank can do anything wrong but they won’t claim they are no matter what they do it’s your fault and the people aren’t much help
