  I have dealt with a lot of banks in my accounting career, but the service & care that I received from Toby Blatt at the Patterson Avenue branch was phenomenal. Toby takes the time to explain all of your options & the services First Citizens offers. He makes you feel like family, not just a number! I highly recommend Toby Blatt & First Citizens Bank.

  I love this bank for the personal service they provide. I feel great walking in where most people know you by name, even while wearing a mask. No more only being a number in those other large banks. And Toby Blatt's professionalism is unmatched. When there is a problem, he always takes care of it immediately. Unmatched personal service. It is such a pleasure doing business with First Citizens Bank.

  If my experience 5 minutes ago is any indication of this Branch offices customer service I will gladly and happily recommend doing business with them. Due to a mix-up with my company I had to at the last minute cash a payroll check and got there right at 5:00 p.m. . On a Friday at closing time these two most wonderful women went the extra mile to make sure that this check was cashed. Thank you so very much!!

  As a small business owner it's hard to find a bank that cares about you and doesn't just want to fee you to death.   We opened checking, savings, and an home equity line of credit with Toby Blatt at First Citizens on Patterson in Henrico, VA. I approached Toby because I knew he a man of integrity, and our experience with him has proved that out. When he sat down with us to open our accounts, he didn't push products on us or account forms at first. He asked us about our situation, and our needs in depth, and then made recommendations to us. We found Toby was an interested in the relationship as the accounts. I highly recommend First Citizens, and that is because I highly recommend Toby Blatt.

  Both teller, Harley and Operations Supervisor, Carolyn Evans were extremely welcoming, friendly and VERY knowledgeable. From the minute I arrived I knew I was good hands! If you are considering changing banks, I highly recommend this branch of First Citizens Bank.

  I usually do not post reviews, but I have to take time for this one. I have dealt with bankers for as long as I've made my first dollar. Bankers are a dime a dozen...passing out lollipops, greeting you with that fake 5pm smile. Until I met Toby Blatt. This guy feels like banking family. I mean it when I say, if I were ever to get married again, I would ask him to be my Best Man. He has bent over backwards for me since the day I met him. If you ever have the chance to meet this guy, or do any business with him, jump at the opportunity at hand! I hope this doesn't embarrass him. He deserves the accolades. Keep up the hard work, Toby. PS - his suits are in a different category too!

  Toby Blatt is a wonderful advocate to help you save money. With some major self employment issues, Toby went above my challenges to help refinance a mortgage. The beach is beautiful and extremely friendly.
