      They say first impressions are everything.We should have went to another bank. Now today is my wife and I second time dealing with the banks employees and their is no friendly customer service.Just rude, talking in circles about our money. Then to top it off a bank employee ( Mitchell Duttry ) @ the brownwood Tx Location was not only talking in circles, he implied my wife is lair and then lied to us at least 3 times. Thank God I thought before we went inside to record it. We shouldn't have feel that way a record things. 😞😞 . People research your bank before you open an account.If your treated like second class citizens like we where, you don't want your money there.

      They hire the most rude and hateful people. If there is an issue with your money, they will ignore your calls and send you on a automated phone chase. If you happen to get someone from the local bank to actually pick up they will lie and say the person you usually deal with isn’t there. Terrible place to do business!

      Most time bank tellers are soo busy, they don't provide the best customer service. I have never had an issue with the bank service though.
