  Buyer beware! If you want to be regarded as a thief go ahead. Had a bad experience today. Never again ! The good news is that a competitor gave me a reasonable deal without treating me like a suspect trying to fence goods. In the words of the late , great Ralph Petey Green. ."God don't let you go into nothing blind." You've been warned! Stay Away!

  If I could give 0 starts I would. First off, I rang the door bell and no answer. Rang it again then the lady finally let me in. I told her what I wanted to pawn and she calls Tony… older man. Not sure what he was doing but he took a good minute to come over and once he did he basically turned it down right away and was very rude. The people who work here have no manners or customer service. Don’t waste your time or gas coming to this place.

  Stay away from this store. The customer service there is reprehensible. They are extremely rude. Personal affairs takes priority over business. Also, they will make ridiculously low offers whenever selling or pawning any items. They try to get away with offering $100 for anything electronic. One of the so called employees tried to give me $100 for a brand new mac book Air. When i suggested that this was absurdly low, they suggested i go somewhere else. Which is exactly what i did.

  Not my first choice. Their selection is VERY limited and it's obvious when you walk in. There is very little on display and the store seems empty. The staff is hit or miss. Most employees are pleasent but management is the biggest issue. They can be very condescending, rude, and arrogant. If you are selling or pawning something, prepare to be low-balled severely, or at least leave feeling less than satisfied. Of all the King Pawns in the area, this is the only one that I avoid whenever I can.

  They guy was unprofessionally rude he didn’t even look at my Mac Book Pro before shouted out $100, I don’t see how they are still in business. Save your time go somewhere else.

  Extremely rude. Walked in, manager looked at what I wanted to pawn and rolled his eyes and offered $40 for my Yamaha keyboard. Which I've gotten $200 for once before. But ok. But what's with your attitude.
