  This particular location needs to work on their customer service skills. The actual manager was on duty in this particular day and didn’t acknowledge me while I was waiting on line. Perhaps upper management needs to go over “power hour” with them and focus on those all-important customer service skills! The 3-step rule didn’t apply for me this visit. Work on that people.

  I stopped by to see if they had some tools I needed, Crystal was very helpful, professional and service oriented. She was very knowledgeable and sold me the items at a fair price. Thanks again Crystal!

  Terrible customer service. No greeting when you walk in and one associate asked if I had any questions but was never approached again. I was looking at jewelry, an associate was standing at the case and never once asked if I would like to see anything. When customers asked if they had something they were pointed to the items but not offered to help. Very disappointing.

  Awesome Staff!!! Moses is a Fine Young Man with Great Customer Sevice.. Being a Grandparent I don't always understand what my grandkids want... Moses always goes above and beyond to help My Husband and I Out... he'll even call when they get things in stock... I would also like to Thank Him for his Service to Our Country The Marines taught him well... I would definitely recommend this location!!!

  Very rude employees and on pawning anything they give you very little I went to another one same name of pawn shop and offered me way more on my item

  Have a good clean store and employees are very reliable
