  I've banked with them for 10+ years and have closed all 3 of my accounts, 2 business and 1 personal. They won't approve you for a loan when you have more collateral than the loan and a checking account balance 8 times the amount of the loan. No kids accounts so they'll take $5 per month of your kids' money until it's gone, then close the account. 2 locations only and the south location drive through rarely ever counts your cash back to you. MidFirst, BancFirst, and any credit union would be better.

  My employer banks here, so I cash checks there, so i suggested my wife open an account there. Their rep Linda berated my wife while there to open account, because "she smelled like a cigarette". Intersestingly. Bank of america the street dont mind if she smells like a donkey, they're happy to do business.

  This bank has been Doomed since Mickey and Edith left... I have no idea how they have this many stars with high interest rates and hounding loan officers during a covid19 plague when your supposed to let a couple things slide for people having a hard time.. helped a nephew out with a loan and he was a contractor so boom no work coming in and Marsha Marsha Marsha wants to Doom a family with kids to the street cause of a few late days on a payment... isn’t that what a late fee is for.. I guess she likes calling people and trying to belittle them cause she feels big and bad with her default job... I built my credit with this bank with Mickey and miss him but this thing needs to realize she ain’t better than nobody...
