  I was nervous about getting a new account due to previous horrible experiences with other banks but this experience was absolutely amazing! I was helped quickly and the lady helping me was extremely helpful and absolutely amazing! She made this experience simple and quick , she was also extremely informative.

  I have always had a good experience with First Basin Credit Union. Staff members are always pleasant, helpful and professional. That is why I have stayed banking with FBCU for many years. I even got my daughter banking with them.
