  Jack Wilkinson was nothing short of amazing! He was great to work with! He had a fast response time and answered all of our questions. We went through 4 different loan types trying to find one that suited our needs and he didn’t give up and got us the best loan! 10/10 would absolutely recommend working with him!

  We used First Bank and Trust to get a loan to buy our first rental property! They were absolutely fantastic to work with. They made the whole process a breeze! I believe I had to send a small amount of paperwork and then Jack took care of the rest! Jack himself was such a pleasure and made me feel like I was top priority! When we go to buy another rental home we will definitely use Jack again!!!!

  Jack Wilkinson is amazing! I had three homes I needed to refinance, another bank in town wanted me to 60,000 dollars to get the deal closed. Jack was able to get all three deals done with no money needed to be brought by me. In addition, they were able to use the other banks appraisals, they could have easily not accepted them and charged me another 2500 and delayed the process another 30 days. This bank is aggressive and wants to deals.

  My wife and I first moved our banking to First Bank & Trust when they opened there new branch in Blacksburg a few years ago. Best decision ever! We have since moved to Ohio and Louisiana and never considered switching banking institutions. I can honestly say the customer service experience is first class. Jennifer Redifer has been my main point of contact since day one. Anytime I need something handled I call Jennifer and she handles my request right away(even when I’m being high maintenance). I highly recommend anyone looking for a great bank experience to go by and give this crew a chance.
