  Awful customer service, very rude when talking to you and they take an unnecessary amount of time for something very simple. They act as if they were doing you a favor.

  Most awful bank! Do not use them unless you like to stand in line forever to make a simple deposit. They typically have two tellers that are slower than molasses. I have literally stood in line for 40 minutes with only one person in front of me. I left to pick up a kid from school, then returned. They were still working on the guy who had been in line in front of me. The bank never busy, so there is no reason for it to take so long. When there are people waiting, they don't care. In fact, they choose not to have anyone jump in to move things along. Avoid at all costs!

  If you are not white or Mexican this is a bank you need to avoid, the dressed in black face for halloween. i will never go here again

  Very bad company When they offered me their supposedly very nice services, but when it came to refunding my money, they never returned it to me. I talked to the supervisor, he did not solve anything, he only told me that the reimbursement is in process and it has been 6 months and nothing. The truth of 20 times that I speak to him only answers 1 time, but all for nothing.

  Small bank chain but with good personalized service, no excessive charges, and good service from the staff.
