Alan Welsh1They're either swindlers or categorically inept bankers. Absolutely horrible experience with this bank. Their application process for opening a new account has a dearth of information. Apparently upon completion of the application, the applicant would receive a confirmation email. I never received one and the response by the bank is to condescendingly insinuate that I did something wrong. Instead of sending another email, they suggest some rigmarole process of sending them money in alternative ways in order to complete the application. I've already sent them $100 and now they want me to send them more. In addition, the two representatives I spoke to gave me contradictory and nonsensical answers to my questions. If this isn't fraud, then it's sheer ineptitude.

Don Brawn1DO NOT BANK HERE! They used to service their customers and call them if something was coming through and you didnt have the funds to clear it. Now they just let the fee's build up and tell you its your responsibility. This bank has gone completely down the drain since the new manager (Ileen) took over. Then they replaced all the people that cared with people like Kelly. Rude, inconsiderate and will argue with you. Any banks is better than what you get here.
