  Started with the Bloomingdale location, no issues. Moved and now go to Elk Grove also no issues. Every employee literally says hello as you walk in feeling extremely inviting and they do remember you.

  The worst bank ever. I tried to open a checking account with them and they refused to accept the checks that I provided and registered me as a fraud without complete explanation. They I told them that I wanted to deposit cash instead of checks and they told me that I COULD NEVER BE THEIR CUSTOMER AGAIN (basically banning me from their bank forever). Customer service is trash. Tried calling about this issue and they put me on hold for 10 minutes after which they hang up.

  I asked them if they counted change, they said that WAS a service they provided to members of the bank. I wasn't a member so they were unable to help me, but they create the opportunity to help their loyal members, unlike PNC down the street.

  The workers here are very kind. They always remember my dad and I when we come in. They are very helpful and answer all of our questions.
