  Working with First Alliance was an absolute nightmare. They never answered emails, constantly asked us for the same documents over and over again. The guy that we were working with filled out the application for us, when we never asked him to do that. He put wrong information on the application. In the end we lost the house honestly because of them. The issue that kept popping up was about income. With this being our first time purchasing a house we didn’t know that we needed to be at our place of employment for at least two years. We were supposed to close on a house in September, but they kept on pushing back the closing date. Finally they told us we would close on September 24th, a couple of days before the 24th we were on the phone with the manager and he’s telling us we needed a co-signer. Couldn’t get that and we ended up losing the house. We were all packed up and ready to move only to find out that in the end it wasn’t going to happen because we were never given accurate information. If they would have told us from the begin that the whole employment thing was going to be an issue then none of this would have happened. I am really upset we spent money on an inspection, an appraisal and a lawyer just to stay where we currently are. My family and I are basically living out of boxes right now, because most of our stuff is still packed up. This company and it’s employees were not good to work with at all!! They don’t deserve any stars.

  I am a seller of a property which buyer is utilizing the servicies of this organization. The underwriting team have committed mistakes while processing the information of this buyer that have lead to a significant delay while closing(situation that affects both parties and all involved individuals). Not only that but they neglect answering the phone to provide details on weather the buyer is CTC (cleared to close) or not. I will not use this lender to buy my next home and don’t recommend anyone to do it. Speaking in behalf the buyer, this older gentleman have already arranged returning his rental property to his Lanlord and and now he and his family are not in a good spot. When it comes about homes every action or neglect to act creates an impact in final stakeholder. Any real state profesional understands that.

  Purchased my first home using First Alliance Home Mortgage and it was such a smooth process. I was told by friends and family that I would constantly have to submit documents over and over again, and that even though buying a home is exciting dealing with the lender can be a nightmare. This was not the case. Once I found the home I wanted to purchase within 30 days I was closing and moving in. I was in constant contact with my representative John and his team. Not to mention I was away on business for two weeks during this process and everything was flawless. Extremely competent and professional. More importantly they provided my wife and I with as much info as possible on what to do to get the best rate. I will recommend this company hands down to anyone.
