  Couple hick ups over my First deposit into my checking account was able to speak with management to get the issue resolved when the lady in charge of mobile deposits was zero help at all and isn’t employed at the Galion branch. This branch is nice and helpful banking is easy to use.

  The support phone number gets you, so many people in line then rings for a minute then hangs up. I tried multiple times using different extensions with the same results. The chat is just as helpful with useless information any person would know, if they know how to chat and do mobile banking. I guess I will physical have to go to the bank to get answers, and the system upgrade is nothing to write home about either. Very disappointed and thinking about switching banks.

  You make all your payments on time for your auto loan. Then one day in the mail you get a collection notice, saying you missed your payment. But, you pull out your receipts and it says you paid. The Bank made a mistake, but you still pay hell to get it corrected!

  Very nice organization they are always helpful and nice. More community oriented than alot of other Banks. Would recommend if your looking for a different change of pace style of banking.

  I’m from out of town and drive an 18 wheeler. This place was so helpful and nice to me by telling me where I could park my truck and proceed to the bank. I’m not even a member here but at another credit union in a completely different state The people here are wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend this place to any one. Thank you!!

  I love just about everything with Firelands, with the exception of one thing..... They love to get that extra $.50 cents out of you for checking your balance. The printer ink & paper must be very expensive!!!

  The people are very rude! Also they take forever on getting your money. When you do receive the money it’s all in a different way.
