  This branch is a well oiled machine. I came in looking to secure an auto loan and was shocked with how easy and transparent they were to work with. Emilio showed up as a vested partner in my situation; as someone who empathized with me. He explained the process, outlined what was needed, and secured me a loan at a fantastic rate. I look forward to banking with this branch in the future!

  My experience asking for a personal loan in Financial Resources on Easton Avenue, Somerset, NJ was fantastic. I recommend them highly. Eugenia took care of me, although, I could see that the entire staff is very friendly. Eugenia listened carefully to all the factors and she was extremely pleasant while doing the application with me. She was able to get me a much needed personal loan at a very good rate. She has changed the future of my children's education. Since, the reason for my loan application was to support my children's educational opportunities in their colleges.

  They are the best. Gina is awesome to deal with- very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, even going as far as mailing deposit slips when we ran out. It's nice to walk into a financial institution and be known by your name and not just your account #.

  On 4/11/16 at 1200hrs, I called the Somerset office because I had questions about my monthly statement. The young lady was SO NICE and VERY HELPFUL. She fixed one thing for me and explained 3 other matters. Great customer service and knowledgable people.

  Very friendly, great hours, great rates on loans and CDs! And free checks, no minimum balance, and interest on my balance. Can't beat that! I'm thrilled to be free from the big banks and doing my banking with a credit union. I'm no longer leaving my money a the bank that funds DAPL or Keystone. And the only thing I had to do to qualify to join was have $10 and live locally! At last I'm a credit union member! The twos thing I'd like to see happen at FRFCU: 1) if the financial advisor would have some offerings that are fossil-fuel-free and focused on ethical investments and/ or renewable energy (he's very affordable and I would use his services if he were knowledgeable about green investing) and 2) if it didn't take more than 3 months for a new member like me to be able to use the mobile app to make check deposits.... it would be perfect. Otherwise, I am delighted!

  Kudos to Jill and Gina who took care of me like a Hollywood Celebrity and helped me set up a Advantage 50 Checking Account and a Savings Account as well Twe very good ladies who kno the TRUE DEFINITION of Customer Service and went above and beyond with me

  I have been calling them for 5 hours and have gotten a busy signal. I am nearly blind and so I'm going to take the train from Brick NJ up to Somerset to see them because nobody is available to get MY money. The worst.
