Kevin Hunter1This is by far the worst credit Union. They have no customer service on weekends or any time outside normal business hours, their policies are straight from 1922, their online banking is so limited you can literally only look at your balance, and it is incompatible with any modern apps. Take your money somewhere else.

Chase McMain5I have never used a credit union but was looking at a car and thought I’d try someone local. I called their auto loan department and Lori was great. I was looking at a car from a private individual and most banks won’t finance that. She made it so easy. She got me approved with a super low rate for a used car. It took about 20 minutes and she had me on my way with a check to buy the car. Overall was the best experience I have had financing a car.

Dj Dj1Worst bank for loans and military I've ever dealt with. Two different times I got charged over 3k for car insurance. The first time I got the refund. The second time they told me I did not have insurance. I had insurance showed them proof still got charged. I hurried up and switch my loan bank. I was deployed and my car sat for months same mileage. I put my car on storage so if anything happens they still pay for the car. No they still charged me 3k and brought my loan back to the original amount. Then I only get a refund of maybe 1300 dollars. Military and secure loans go else where to a bigger bank. Its hard enough to remember everything to do before I leave. Getting 3k added to my loan and a 800 dollar payment is not something I wanted to see when I got back. Thank you.

Sam Burns Photography5I’ve banked at several places in town and this has been my favorite experience so far. They set out goals for you to achieve when looking at getting the best deal for financing big ticket items such as your home. They gave me things to work on to get my credit score higher to get me to a better rate. Other banks have never done this with me. If you are complaining about getting paid on Friday instead of Thursday, you probably don’t need a financial institution, but rather a check cashing facility! I’d rather have a place that treats you like family and helps you look out for your best interest than a bank that just wants to find ways to nickel and dime you to death. Staff is always friendly!

Hampton Boggs5I have banked here since 1992. The loan officers, tellers, checking/charge card department, and member's services departments are the best in the city. They make you feel like family. I would encourage everyone to use this bank!!!! Great people!

Andrea Dockerty1This company mailed out all new debit cards with only a five day notice that the old cards would be deactivated. Upsetting part about this all is my son is a active military member and they are going to deactivate his debit card knowing that he will have no access to his money. This means no soap, toilet paper, razors, shampoo, the very basic of life for my son. He will have no money and no access to everyday essential items. Cindy from the bank called and said she knows nothing about the military and there is nothing she can do cause she is not calling the company that they signed the contract with only giving members 5 days to make the transition. I asked for the number so I could call she wouldn’t do that either. She was ok with hanging up on me while I try to figure out how to get my son his bank card while he is in basic training. I would like for any service member or family of a service member to educate Cindy on how it works when people make the selfless decision to serve our country. I encourage all military supporters to remove your money from this bank and they do not support our troops.

Zach2Good: Kasasa Cashback, fee refunds, etc Bad: The online banking is behind the times. The functionality and overall feel of the online banking system is what you would expect in year 1999. Not to mention their server is down regularly, and until someone at the bank fixes the issue, you have no online access to your account. This means when it goes down Sunday morning, you have no access until Monday morning. Drive through also is excruciatingly slow. On average I have spent 15 minutes in line. No mobile baking App. I find it odd they spent tens of thousands on a new parking lot and have entirely neglected the end user experience which one will use 99% of the time.
