  I have worked with Denise and her crew through 3 house purchases and 5 refinances over the years. She keeps in regular contact so she is always accessible when I need housing and mortgage assistance. The process has always been seamless. She meets with me initially then has her staff be at my service though the rest of the process. And "they are at my service." Kind, quick and friendly.   Lindsay Douglass, a mortgage advisor in the Eugene office took excellent care of us. She was referred to us, and we are grateful for that. It was 21 days,of working together, Finance of America was very professional, efficient,and very fast. She kept us updated and informed continually.   My wife and I were a bit apprehensive on making our house search more 'real' at first, but Denise and her team at Alpine made us feel comfortable from the get-go. They explained everything to us and were more than happy to answer any of our questions. We very happy to say that our paperwork and everything was processed 2 weeks early. The staff is very professional and courteous. They are very quick to responding to any questions or concerns you may have via email and phone.   Great communication, never left me wondering about the process. I understood where the paperwork was throughout. Clear instructions and good follow up. And an occasional check in with me in between all the other communication just to make sure I knew what was going on. I always felt as though I was working with people that cared about me and then cared about the success of these transactions. What more could anyone want!

  I am from California. I have bought 4 other homes in my lifetime and have had some pretty good people representing me through the loan process. Retired I made a decision to move to Oregon because it’s a different world, I fit in here. It’s beautiful and there’s no hustle and bustle here. It is a simple life with friendly people. Now wanting to buy a home I chose to get pre-qualified because I knew my credit was excellent and when I found a home that I liked , I wanted to be able to put that offer in to show interest and start the buying process immediately. First off I had a awesome realtor, Ashley Mickelson representing, Fisher Nicholson Realty, whom was referred to me from a good friend. She suggested to contact Lori B. whom is the Senior mortgage advisor @ Finance of America Mortgage, to get pre-approved. You know word-of-mouth, or networking, goes a long ways and I built a Trust here from the get go with every person in contact mentioned in my review as well as Ms. Maura Elkin, Transaction Coordinator Licensed Mortgage @ Finance of America Mortgage. Never have I ever been so well-informed throughout this process to get my loan funded as they are in constant contact it seemed like almost 24/7 keeping me updated with any information I needed to supply. They walked me through to the very end until escrow was completed, loan was funded and Title recorded. The three employees of two different firms here are Outstanding, Personable, full of Kindness and will keep you well informed throughout the journey of finding your dream home, the funding process right down to the very moment of receiving your keys to your home. I can’t say enough how professional, how smooth the process went. Even though I suffered unexpected a heart attack and needed immediate open heart surgery during this process, it brought me a big part in my healing that I needed and with a second chance in life. I will ever be so grateful and humble and love my new home. Sure it makes a difference to have excellent credit and no matter what you may go through in life, these are the people I want on my team as I managed retail stores most of my life and its my opinion they went above and beyond all of my expectations. I appreciate each and everyone of them.
