  Purchasing a home is a much more difficult process than it was when I last did it 20 years ago.  Chris Scheer and his support team made the process as easy as possible.  There were both personal and automated reminders guiding me on the process and what steps I needed to follow, as well as the various deadlines.  There are many people to tie into the process (lender, realtor, buyer, seller, title company, insurance company, appraisal, inspector, etc..) and Chris kept me on-track to ensure everything was wrapped up before closing.  He also advised me on getting the best rate at the time.

  If I could give this mortgage company zero stars I would. Their communication is awful, it felt like they could only do one requirement at a time and if they came up against a problem that they didn't know how to fix, they just let it set. Instead of telling a client that they don't qualify for a loan they tell them they do and then it is a NIGHTMARE getting them through underwriting. A month and a half past the closing date and still waiting. Steer clear of this lender.
