  We worked with Kat Whindleton on our loan. Kat's knowledge and availability to answer our many questions were fantastic. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and concerns and Kat entertained even our smallest questions and expertly responded to our concerns.   We recently just closed in a home using a 203K loan. This type of loan is very involved and our lender Wanda Mays was AMAZING! This was actually her first time doing this type of loan and she handled it like a superstar! The process truly couldn’t have went smoother. Heather Dedon and Kathy Havens were also super to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend all of them to anyone and will definitely be using American equity again in the future when we refinance our loan.
