  I updated this review because the staff at this 53 office tried their best to help, even though corporate has no interest in fixing the app. When I tried to call their "social media team", I could never get anybody to answer... Thanks to the branch office team, I changed the review from one to 3 stars. When you deposit a check through the mobile phone app, the default setting is to charge an "immediate access to funds" fee. By making this the default, you are tricking customers to pay for something that they don't want. . When I contact your online banking department, they have no interest in fixing the problem with the app. I have been a customer for nearly 30 years, and I'm writing this review to see if anybody at the bank is going to fix the problem.

  After 4pm, bank locations don’t answer the phones! Bank’s customer service aren’t what they used to be!

  They just dont want to do their job, the front desk lady made me wait only to bring me back up after her manager makes her be the notary. Terrible people terrible service! Might just change banks if this is the service I'm going to get!

  Just sat at Drive Thru for over 20 mins. I was the only one there in drive thru. 10 people in line, 5 thru ATM. 2 other people talked to me, but then left. Poor teller was understaffed doing it all. Tried to call and talk to the new manager and they don’t even answer the phones. Craziness!!!

  Both locations in Westerville are friendly and are more than willing to help you. Been a long time customer.
