  53rd is truly the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Do not use them for anything

  You can easily find a better bank. Staff don't present a professional demeanor and appear to have little banking education. I tried to change my address and they refused because my driver license did not yet have the new address. I explained that I changed my address with Sec of State online as required but I am not required to get a new license until my renewal. They still refused to make a change. And to close my account they want a fee to write a check for your money. Don't fall for their incessant television commercials.

  Unprofessional this branch is horrible. Terrible customer service skills. Please think twice before banking with them.

  Slow. Waited 40 min to see a banker about changing some information on my account. After 40 minutes of waiting I left due to the fact that they could not see me. Unbelievable.

  Google should change the hours. Because they do close at 6 on Friday's not 7
