      I opened an account at this location on 7/2/2022. The managers name is Eboni. She was fantastic, very personable and attentive to my needs. I have recommended this bank to my family and friends. The teller was also very friendly.

      Been banking there for a number of a number of years. Went there Dec. 15, 2021 to make a Deposit and ask them to send a fax for me. The Black Female Manager Refused. to allow the young black female teller to. do it. However the white men working there last year were happy to do it. They have already paid out over a million for discrimination But apparently haven't learned anything!!

      The teller or senior teller / personal banker treated me like a criminal. I've used this institution Fifth Third bank since 2012. The " personal banker" was rude spoke to me like I was illetare, was degrading in her tone and speech and refused to give me money out of my personal account. She said " you will not be getting any money from me ". As if she had control over me. After telling me I was a fraud because I paid off my credit card account. She was degrading for no reason except she looked at me and had a nasty attitude with me. She then without my consent shut down my accounts & without my permission. This was done 3 minutes before the department closed. She acted solely on her personal feelings and discriminatory practices. She demanded I call another bank and "PROVE" I had money and I was able to pay off my credit card. She was very very unprofessional. And seemed to want to humiliate me in front of other customers and bank employees. She questioned me about " where I get money from to pay off a credit card and demanded I tell her her the "source" of my income and money to pay off a credit card. She intentionally with malice and malicious intent froze my account without YES WITHOUT my permission based only on her discriminatory believe that me as a minority could not afford to pay off my credit card ! therefore the money was fraudulent ! She purposefully and willfully embarrassed me in front of other customers and other bank employees. She acted on behalf of fifth third Bank! do not open any accounts with this bank do not use this branch! this branc is at the Kroger's in 3249 South Cobb Dr., Smyrna, GA.

      I know that there are some negative experiences posted here, but so far, I have had none of that when I use this branch. My experiences have always been professional and efficient. I wouldn’t have commented but with so much negative feedback, I thought I should share the other side of the coin.

      Poor customer service. Typically very kind and helpful tellers. This recent over the phone transaction was disheartening. I called to ensure that my wife was an authorized user on my account. The gentleman offered to help. He seemed to be busy and had me on speakerphone. I asked him to take me off of speaker (it's really annoying to hear your own voice bouncing off walls). He said he couldn't take me off speaker once I requested if he could. His reason was because he was in a meeting. I asked him if I should call back at a better time and and he said he would help me. Then he asked for my ssn. Why would I give my ssn number to a room full of strangers? Not like I have any money in the bank, but my identity has been stolen before and I am very cautious giving out my personal info. Like I said I appreciate the staff, buthe this instance makea it very difficult to continue services with this particular branch.

      Came in an hour and 15 minutes before close; not a single customer around. Could barely hear the lady behind the counter mumbling, and the man in the office was just chilling on his phone. They said they don’t open accounts within two hours of closing but that I could schedule an appointment. Flabbergasted and how unprofessional and lazy the associates at this branch are.

      I would never step foot at this location again. The Branch Manager act like Otis from Martin. Joel Allen has no customer service at all. Very rude ...Lol I went to get a form and was trated like an episide of Men n Black. Get it together. Dueces!!

      Did not honor $200 promotion for opening checking account. Staff member Cuffy told me the promotion was still running although it had ended and branch manager Rashon ultimately admitted to his staff members error but refused to correct the situation.
