Karen Baker1Out of all the fifth thirds I have dealt with this one is horrible, I understand they take appointments but how they inform you is very unprofessional. Rob who works in the office is the worst and after talking to his manager who happened to make excuses, I can see that their 2.3 rating is well deserved. No I do not want to call and discuss this with them and I will not be returning to this branch ever!!!!

Jamesia Boyce5The people at this location are so nice and helpful that even though we no longer live close by we usually always drive the extra miles when needing to do something that requires their help. My son is mentally disabled due to brain trauma. The employees here are so patient with him, especially an employee named Ryan. This is the branch to visit if you want employees that go above and beyond to help

Mike Jones1We will be closing every account we have with this pitiful excuse for a bank. Walk up to the door at almost closing time (but not closed) and they’ve already locked the doors. Pull around to the drive through because of this inconvenience, and the teller throws the sign up as I’m pulling to the window. If you close at 5:00 KEEP THE DOORS OPEN UNTIL 5. If you close sooner, post that on your door.

Carol Oses1Don't use your card to pay for restaurants they take gratuity out if you pay with a card and not cash wether you wanted to leave a tip or not. Smh
