  2 stars because the tellers are nice. Other than that, this ATM couldn't get any more inconvenient. Most of the times it's out of service!!!!

  This bank branch use to have good customer service before and was happy with it. Now the place has the worse customer service. I came there in the morning for help and the manager sara past me and helped the other customer she knows before me and she said it gonna take a minute to sign a paper and I had to wait 20 minutes even it was my turn. I returned same day to do wire transfer and she said they stop doing wire transfer at 4 pm and I was there at 4:28 pm. I called customer service and they said they do wire transfer until they close then when I went inside she changed and said they stop at 4:30 pm. I will be doing my banking somewhere else

  The tellers are all very professional and kind. They always put their customers first. Whenever you have a problem with your financial needs they go all out to assist you with help about your issues. I love the excellent customer service care at this location.

  This is a wonderful Bank. The staff is always very professional and helpful and informative. Although this branch is always very busy. It's a pleasure to go to this Branch. They take the time necessary with each customer that is needed. I'm sure that's why they are always soo busy.

  I had a big huge problem with my credit card even the main branch Ohio they couldn’t solve it only one lady she solved this problem her name (Alyssa) ask about her she’s great to deal with.

  ATM won't accept cash deposits. ATM out of service @ nights. Although great customer service in bank.
