  Stopped by to open an account. The bearded guy was at the computer playing with his phone with no one waiting, but still tells me they are fully booked for the day and can’t help me. I drove 15 minutes to find an open branch only to be turned away by some lazy employee not wanting to do their job!

  Excellent customer service everyone that works there is very helpful and very intelligent they deserve to be promoted and keep there jobs in other fifth third branches because unfortunately this branch in Kroger's on Sunbury road is closing for what reason I will never know

  Danae did a phenomenal job. She needs a raise! She answered all my questions and was very professional. She gave me great information about my card. Way to go fifth third bank in Westerville!

  They've been polite when I've been there. But the 5 star comes because I love that they're open till 19:00 on most days + open on Sunday, which is unheard of and freaking awesome.

  I came all the way over here to get a notary to sign something and I called for over an hour to try and get into contact. I get here and they’re not doing anything at all other than talking to each other and they didn’t even have a notary. If they picked up the phone like they should’ve I could’ve prevented all this time and gas wasted.

  I am not a fifth third customer because these people are crooks. However I get lots of fifth third checks cashed at fifth third I went to this location specifically because it is open more than normal banks. The lady who cashed my check read every single number out loud as she typed it in including my boss is account number. When I asked how much the fees would be for cashing the check she told me 2%. Upon giving me my money she said the fee was $8 which was way more than 2%. She then disclosed after processing it that the fee was $4 or 2% whichever is higher. What a crock! I then asked for a receipt for my transaction and they said they don't give them to non customers. This bank is a joke.

  I have been using 5/3 bank for over 10 years and this is the first time I ever feel so dissatisfied with the service. Most of the brand I went, I always left with a smile, but at this particular location, I am walking out feeling like I would not wanted to walk in there ever again.

  If you want a bank visit that's migraine free, go down the street to the big one on Cleveland and 161. "Joey" has to have the last word, complicate things, and be argumentative. Not a smart thing to do when customer service pays your bills.

  Avoid the branch at Kroger on Sunbury road. Came in to do something that should take 2 min and still waiting for it to be done 20 minutes later. Lack of concern by workers.

  Branch manager "lindsey" was very kind and helpful in finding a financial solution that was right for me at Fifth Third.
