      This is the best fifth third branch i have ever done business with. They are always very helpful and quick to get the job done right! I have been dealing with Chelsea for about 3 years now she’s the best! Doug the branch manager is amazing as well he’s been so helpful with everything I’ve ever needed when i came in. Don’t go to any other branches of fifth third except for the Alexis Rd one!!

      I had 4 Text messages in i row about a fraud alert On a Sunday. I called the Alexis Road Branch on Monday to explain I didn't have an account with 5/3. bank. The girl took my info and did her due diligence and I am Happy

      called ahead on my lunch to get the loan release paperwork, the teller I spoke with was rude and finally transferred me. It took about20 min to convince them they could print the paper, I was told it would be printed and ready for pick up. when I got there 4hrs later i was told i had to wait again. the teller made no effort to help me even though she remembered talking to me, and had no customers waiting. after about 15 minutes I was finally helped. no one apologised for the inconvenience or even acted like they cared. The whole experience has me looking for a new bank, if it wasn't such a hassle I would have closed my accounts today.
