  Fifth Third Banking is a complete joke! I had money come up missing out of my account several times over the past few months. No one could figure out where it went. Pretty sure someone is embezzling and trying to hide it. 10/10 would never bank with them again. Complete joke of a company. They’re overdraft protection doesn’t even cover your overdraft fee’s. Hope this establishment gets shut down like it should have been years ago!

  I'm afraid my experience with Fifth Third was not what I expect in a financial institution. The personal banker who I met with to see about opening a account was not very knowledgeable and her attitude towards me as a perspective customer was less than poor. I now bank at Advia and they are wonderful.

  The women who work here are experts of customer service! The bank is a bank, of course it's not the greatest, as none of them are but the people who work here are the only reason I continue to bank here. Gail's #1. Overdraft fee is about 30 bucks. Ask about early access if you overdraft a lot!

  Worst bank in the world lady's working are nice but the bank is horrible, Everytime I leave I leave confused or upset they make no sense and customer loyalty means nothing I just can't express how much I hate this bank and I've been a customer there for fifteen years
