  After an immediate email response to my negative review, I called the number in the email. This number informed me that I would be on a brief hold. After being on hold for a minute, the hold music stopped. Was I still on hold?? Waited for a minute. Hung up. Called back. Same thing. Waited on silent hold for two more minutes. Then a fast busy signal; followed by disconnect. Tried a 5th third time :)....same thing. Finally got a person at the national level to talk to about a lapse in security at my branch, and reported it. Someone finally called me from the branch to talk about it. She was very friendly and helpful but getting help on the corporate level was absurdly difficult.

  ATM is always down. Waiting in deposit line for what has been now 8 minutes to get $20 out. Slowest service ever. If they could get their stupid atm machines to work once in awhile I could be in and out. Instead I spent my entire lunch break in the drive through line.

  I love this bank, so helpful, staff friendly. Can't say enough about how I love this bank. Treated well even when I don't understand everything.

  I wish you can give 0 stars because this is the worst bank ever they treated Me like a criminal because someone gave me a fraud check and they acted like I was the criminal and shut down my bank and I lost some money too from it

  They should change their hours because apparently closing at 5 means they close at 4:45.
