  What can I say, this day and age where else can you go and still get a small town banking experience? Jennifer and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to give you just that. Whether you are a business or an individual I wholeheartedly recommend Fidelity be on the top of your list.   Truly amazing experience. After being loyal to Bank of America for over 12 years and experience horrific customer service over the past 12 months I decided it was time for a change. Can’t say enough good words about Ren and the staff at Fidelity NC .Even though I’m new I’m still greeted by my name as I walk in and out. No more long-term computer automated service menus... I call an actually have the ability to speak with my banker. If you’re contemplating a change take this review is an opportunity to think no longer you won’t regret it !!

  I have enjoyed banking with this particular branch for three years. At every turn, they have been friendly, efficient, and (unlike many larger banks) helpful. I had been with another community bank, but it got bought out by a larger bank and everything changed. When I moved to Fidelity, they treated me with the kind of care and attention I offer my own customers. Larger banks seem to have forgotten that they aren't just in the banking business, but also in the customer care business. These folks put that part first. I'm in the branch a couple times a week, and they have never failed to take care of my needs quickly, correctly, and with a smile. I honestly feel at home when I walk into this bank. Yes, they have some serious doors, which take a little getting used to. But I would rather everyone inside be safe and secure, and it take an extra five seconds for me to get in and out, than put any of them at risk. If you are looking for a caring bank that treats you like a person and not just an account balance, this is the place.
