  The best bank by far . The staff goes way beyond what other banks do they really care about the customers. They are always friendly and helpful . We have been banking with them many years and highly recommend them . Everyone is always helpful and they personally call you if something looks suspicious which I really appreciate because they do everything they can to look out for you . Love this bank and the people that work there .

  Don’t go to any other bank! This is the very best bank ever! The staff go out of their way to help you and to meet all of your needs. Fidelity Bank of Roxboro has been wonderful at meeting all of our family’s needs and they really made it easy to use them for our small business needs. I can honestly say banking here has helped our small business to be successful! All of the staff are kind and so helpful and it is always a blessing to go to this bank. This is so much more than a bank! This is family! They love their customers and this customer loves them! You will not go wrong if you do business here!

  I love Fidelity Bank. The ladies are always friendly and most helpful. Rarely do I have to wait in a line to transact my business. The bank is small enough that customers receive prompt, personal attention, yet big enough to accommodate all my banking needs, in what I feel is a safe and secure manner. If they are asked a question and don't know the answer, they know how to quickly find the answer. The ladies are friendly, professional and I enjoy doing business at Fidelity.

  Fidelity Bank has been a great blessing to both our business and family needs. A home town bank with most, if not all the tools to meet our banking needs. The staff is friendly and professional. The fees are fair and very competitive (most of the time better than the larger banking systems). We encourage all our friends and associates to look into banking with Fidelity Bank.

  I've been banking with Fidelity ever since it came to Roxboro over 15 years ago. The customer service has been superb. The dependability, caring attitudes and the accuracy of their work is superior to any other banking establishment that I have encountered. I highly recommend their products and services. Their expedient turn around time with deposits, online Bill Pay, electronic services far exceeds other local banks.

  My elderly in-laws have been Fidelity Bank customers in Roxboro for years and they love their bank. The staff there is friendly, helpful and always makes them feel special. They even sent my father-in-law a birthday card this year! Talk about personal service............

  This is by far the best bank in Roxboro! They are always friendly and helpful. Kim Fox & Kim Hawkins are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make every experience a great one, along with the ladies on the teller line! If you give this bank a try, you will not be disappointed!

  Years ago growing up I could remember the days in any town or city when banks were there for the community. Here in these later years most of the banks are "What can you do for us" attitude. One bank we have found that takes a different old fashion approach is The Fidelity Bank. Our local Branch in Roxboro NC has really made banking a pleasant experience once again. From the time you walk through the door everyone treats you as if you the most important customer they have. We applied for a business auto loan and the branch manager bend over backward to ensure all the paperwork & financial planning was in order. It was a very smooth transaction. I give Fidelity Bank and it's staff here in Roxboro a big thumbs up and a 5 star rating.   I love the "Home Town"feel and service from the Roxboro branch. Wanda Jo, Kim & Kim are always friendly and professional. We got our construction loan from them and they were always so helpful. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
