  I have been banking with Fidelity Bank for many years, both as a business customer for the corporation that I managed and as a personal customer for me and my family. I can testify that this branch is excellent. It provides personalized services at a very high level. The staff members are friendly, helpful and approachable. Every time I walk into the bank hall I feel like coming home. I strongly recommend this bank and the Ramseur Branch to any business or individual.

  We Love the People that work at our Fidelity Bank! They are Helpful, Friendly and yet Professional. They are there to help us whether we are calling or going in with a question or needing account help. They are the Best! If it were not for the Employee's at our Ramseur Branch, we might have transferred to follow First Citizens Bank. We hope the CEO's of Fidelity Bank value these Employee's at the Ramseur Branch because they are The Very Best, each and every one!!!

  Especially if you have a small business or anything that requires care, you want to get away from the big bank and over to a bank like this. I ran into quite a few problems that needed to be solved. My big bank simply wouldn’t do it. The Ramseur branch of Fidelity Bank stepped up. They made it all easy and continue to provide excellent service. My wife and I could not have done the things we needed to do without them. That’s why I’m slowly moving more and more stuff to them. Thanks again guys!

  Talk about Home Town Bank - this bank delivers. They address you by name, they are always looking out for you and always giving more than 110%. We recently had a fraudulent issue and the Ramseur branch contacted us immediately. They worked with us in getting everything resolved and continued to work with us from a preventive standpoint.   WOW..... through the years I have banked with a bunch of different banks do to my travels in life. I can tell you now that there is no bank around that can even come close to the Fidelity Bank in Ramseur NC. The staff and the smiles tells it all. When you walk in the door they make you feel like you're at home. The ease of borrowing money is so simple and just about instant.   Fidelity Bank in Ramseur offer first class service whether it be money markets, certificate of deposits, savings or checking accounts. Representing our home church my husband and myself have used them to help with our church's finances . My husband and i highly recommend them . So does Holly Spring Friends Meeting Quaker Ladies..

  'Above and beyond' comes to mind when describing the customer service provided by this branch. My family was having to make arrangements for a relative who had become incapacitated and truly had no idea what we should do. The management and staff researched and found out all of the steps we needed to follow to make sure our relative was taken care of. This commitment to customer service and small town values and helping others impacted our family in a positive way.
