  We have been their customer since 2016. They have always been great. In person, ATM or online have never had a problem. Super group of people. New ATM system is awesome. Appreciate all of you.

  The online banking app is perfect for checking balances and making transfers. Very friendly and vibrant customer service, my calls are typically answered very fast. Been going to this bank for about 6 years and have never had a problem.

  The worst bank I’ve ever used. Hidden fees galore. Employees will be rude to you. Really no reason at all to use them. No upside. Just slow bad banking services with a bad attitude.

  I always, always, ALWAYS have a great experience with this bank. Customer service is exceptional. They have even suggested things that I had never thought of. I LOVE this bank and would recommend to others!

  Don’t try to get a loan unless you are loaded. CEO has lied to me more than once over past 3 months when dealing with him over the property I sold and trying to get anew property. Banked with them 30 plus years. Never again.

  I would rate a ZERO if possible! DEFINITELY NOT the same FC Bank we dealt with a couple years ago! VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service especially! We would ABSOLUTELY CHANGE banks if the paperwork wasn't such a hassel!!!!!

  Don't like the new look or the run around you get when you call. Not a "local" bank anymore. Headed tomorrow to cancel my account with them. Not a fan anymore!
