Update: My original contact, Anthony Assi, and Robert Altamore, Chief Aministrative officer, contacted me a few days after my original review. Robert was apologetic, and wanted the opportunity to make things right. After a few texts with Robert, and emails with Anthony, once again they went MIA. This only further concludes their poor business practices, and a very good reason to not do business with them. Why did they bother to reach out again to further waist my time. This company is a waist of time. They locked in a rate for me. I sent in all files they requested. They never contacted me afterwards and the lock period expired. They do not respond to emails. If I would have known that they were going to flake out because of rising interest rates, I would have refinanced with a legitimate company before rates increased.
