meg trevino1The lack of professionalism and communication is appalling. We have had two auto loans there. Payments have been posted incorrectly to both even though the accounts had two different names, two different account numbers and two different vehicles. Payments were directed deposited to the appropriate savings account and still misapplied by the credit union. Fabian is unprofessional, and laughs at you when you try to have a discussion with him over the phone related to your money and credit. He offered a loan restructure in Feb of 2020, is September 2021 and I’ve yet to receive it. So, we went through it again. He promised the the board at their meeting on September 16, 2021 he would send me all options the board offered before he left on vacation last week. Here we are a week and a half later and I still don’t have it. I spoke to him this morning and asked to bait it my noon today, 9/24. He stated, “I’ll do it when I do it. I don’t answer to anyone”. It’s a shame that a small town credit union is in such disarray. There is no customer service anymore. None.

Monica Griego1We've used them for purchases of vehicles, motorcycle, and person loans. Lately, they've become HORRIBLE! You can never get straight answers. Or the answers you get are not right. I've explained things to them and was told that's not what I had communicated. When it is what I did but the person at the front does not understand basic finance information. You ask questions, they can never answer. I've asked to speak to Sharon numerous times, as she is the one doing the finance portion. Sharon is always too busy with something and can't see you in person when you go up to the Credit Union, can't answer calls or emails either. If a customer comes in to sign a new contract on a new vehicle and they have questions. on the financing they should be answered the same day. Not expect them to sign and get the answers later. I asked too many questions I guess and was told by their employer, "You're complicated to work with!" Wow! Great customer service skills. Very disappointing, overall experience is horrible. It wasn't this way before. Every since the business manager left a year ago, it's going to downhill. Don't bother. They won't beat any rate you find out there. They'll only match it and they don't report to any credit bureau. Do yourself the favor and stay away.

Naomi Smart5Love our Employee Credit Union. I have used it for personal loans, golf cart purchase and my cars I’ve driven and never had a problem. They are professional, knowledgeable and always eager to answer any questions. It’s good to know that my money is in a safe place with them. I have done business over the phone now that I live 2 hours away, and they are always polite and eager to help me anyway they can. We are blessed to have such competent people handling our FB Employees Credit Union.

We are embracing technology that will allow our members to transfer funds between their internal and external accounts using funds transfers and ACH's. Our newly launched website and online banking capabilities provides access for our members wherever they are in the world. We have adopted paperless technology that allow our members to apply for a personal or auto loan online and receive a response the same day with the use of electronic signatures. We are moving forward, not looking back. We are part of the change, the future of banking.

Chris A1I have emails of the “manager“ fabian thomas using profanity while communicating with me and I was denied entrance to the FBCU by him when I had an appointment confirmed with the other employee Suzanne. The communication is horrible and I am now threatened by the manager.
