  I've had an account with Family Trust for over 20 years, starting in Rock Hill. I love the York branch as it is new, clean, efficient, and so easy to get in and out--both in terms of the building itself and the parking lot. The bank employees are always helpful and friendly. Family Trust has competitive interest rates and I've never had a long wait to see someone to set up a new CD or close out an old one. It's very covenient that it opens at 8:30 in the morning, so I can do my banking on the way to exercise class at the Y.

  This is without a doubt the friendliest credit union and most competent banking institution I have ever experienced. I have belonged to others in other states but the folks here have no peers. I was always treated with efficiency and respect and with judicious haste. I would recommend this credit union to the president of the United States

  To be owned by the members, you would think you matter... umm... Staff is not personable at all, in the call center where all the calls are handled. They have a "better than you attitude," not friendly. Nor, will staff return calls to you in the time frame "they give", not the auto "next in line call back", it does work.
