      I've financed two cars here. No problems, convenient locations near my home and work. Saved me a boatload on the second one (refinanced) Edit: If you get denied, then that's your fault. If you are late and they call you, that's your fault. They're a financial institution with their own bills to pay, they lend money for a profit. Please find two brain cells to rub together and learn to think.

      Do not get a loan from this lazy and uncaring institution. They will only bother you with late payment calls. Their online auto-payments system DOES NOT WORK and THEY WILL NOT ACTUALLY HELP YOU set up auto-payments unless you live near a branch and are able to physically go in. They"ll just wait till the payment is late hit your credit and give you no help over the phone. The individuals in this specific location are nice but avoid having to get a loan from this institution as a whole.

      Family Security Credit Union is a very nice hometown credit union that is based in Decatur, Alabama. There only location in a big city is in Mobile. All of their other branches are in smaller, more rural areas. The staff at this branch is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our hunting club has an account here and they make it very easy for people to pay their dues every year. I am a member of three different credit unions and I highly recommend this one. They have some of the best rates for loans.

      I’ve been with this bank about a year and I can honestly say I made a huge mistake, I’ve had checks deposited in wrong accounts, they randomly held my paycheck for a week, and they keep locking my debit card when I go to Sam’s or Walmart. I’m done, closing this account today.

      Worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. Impossible to cash significant size checks without a hold or 2 party checks. I'm closing all my accounts as soon as I get the opportunity. Do yourself a favor... bank elsewhere.
