      Do not take your hard earned money to Family Credit on Hargrove Rd. Tuscaloosa, AL.!! They are very bad business people and the entire staff of family members act as if they are doing you a favor. First, they act as if you are on their time. I am a school teacher and a coach so I could only arrive at their business at 4pm. They close at 5pm. and were they unwilling to deal with this issue. Next, I came in on three separate occasions and was unable to test drive the car I was interested in, yet this was an "as is sale"!! They must ride with you, but they're never available to leave from behind the desk. Finally they wanted to charge me 19% interest on a car that's 10 years old?? The son is a "diva" with an attitude, walks around with a silver spoon stuck up his mouth, has his dad wrapped around his finger, and acts as if he's Bill Ford JR.!!!! They are predatory lenders who repo cars and quick flip them at a overpriced number and or inflated finance rate!! Run away from Family Credit. Take your hard earned money to people who cut fair deals and appreciate your business . P.S. I hardly ever write reviews..

      Ive been dealing with Family Credit for close to 8 or 9 years. Ive had nothing but good dealings and they are always polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

      I have been dealing with Citizens Finance formerly known as Family Credit for 8 plus years they are the best when it comes to helping there customers get what they need. I wouldn't go anywhere else they get 6 stars from me!!!
