  Deserea was fantastic. I started talking with her at the beginning of 2019. She let me know what we needed to work on and how to get our credit scores up. She knew the loan process and was excellent at getting us to the point of purchasing our home. We could not have done it without her! She also put us in contact with the greatest realtor I have ever encountered and it was just a matter of time we found our home. The close was fantastic, and we didn't have to pay any out of pocket expenses. We love our new home and we are so grateful for Deserea and for our realtor Beth. Thank you women so much for everything you done for our family. We are extremely pleased with our home and the loan process was so easy with your help.

  I couldn’t recommend a better company than Fairway. Bethany was amazing to us, kept in constant contact with us, was professional and personable & extremely knowledgeable. We even had an experience with a sister program called Fairway Cares when our son passed away.   Bethany Ritchey was a blessing for my fiance and I while we were in the process of purchasing our first home together.
