  Allison at Fairway made things so easy for me to buy a house.   Mr Steve Kermish of Fairway Mortgage was a pleasure to work with during this process! This process is extremely overwhelming even for a person with a business background! Mr. Steve was there every step of the way. He answered every question quickly and in a way I could understand. He never made me feel as though my questions were dumb or insignificant. I cannot thank Mr. Steve enough for helping us through this! I don’t know what I would’ve done without his guidance!!! I would tell everyone who is looking for a new loan or looking to refinance to start with Fairway and Mr. Steve! Save yourself some frustration and just start with the best!

  John could not have been any greater throughout the entire process. He is every time I had a question. He explains every thing in extreme detail, he gives his expert opinion, he gives great advice every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about John. I would recommend him to everyone. He goes above and beyond at any time of the day or night to be there for you. I need more characters because 500 is not enough to tell all of the great and wonderful ways he made the process so great.

  Helen was amazing! Going through the process of buying a house can be intimidating, but Helen was by our side every step of the way. We always knew what was needed and what we could expect next in the process. It was obvious that Helen had our bests interests at the forefront and we never felt any pressure at all. She always responded to any questions or concerns immediately, and everything moved quickly and with great ease.
