  Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation is probably the greatest lender in the market today. My fiancee and I just moved into our newly constructed home a week ago, thanks to Fairway!   Start to finish, Bill Shea and his team are AWESOME! I was nervous, because it was my first time buying a home, but Bill communicated every step of the way, and there never a point where I felt I didn't understand the process. Bill was completely transparent, supportive, and walked me through each step. His team was responsive, communicative, and offered much-needed moral support when necessary! My purchase had a few variables that could've killed the deal if not for their attention, clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
