  I worked with Rob Heltzel and his team (Sharon, Arlene and Kim). I am a first time home buyer and Rob and his team brought me a lot of calm and peace (I appreciated it so much since this is an extremely stressful and nerve racking experience). Rob and his team moved quickly and were so responsive during the entire process. It was the one-on-one experience that I needed.
