  If you want someone who is highly knowledgeable regarding loan programs, patient with the many questions you may have during the process and keep you on the right path so that you have a successful outcome, then look no further. Bill Gill is your man. He and Kelsey were so supportive, communicative, timely and had a knack for making you feel at ease. I truly felt like they had my back through out my entire loan process and I would not hesitate to refer him in a heartbeat.

  This is my second time using Fairway. If it is up to me, I will never go anywhere else for these services. Bill and Kelsey are amazing and made me feel like I was their most important customer. If others have told you things that your gut questions, call Fairway. Hard to explain in a few words, but put simply, THEY ROCK!!!

  Kelsey was amazing through the entire process! She always made time for my questions and had or found answers for me! Never made me feel like I was a burden for asking her questions all the time. And she blways sounded genuinely happy to hear from me, never annoyed. I'd recommend Kelsey to anyone who is interested in the Oregon Bond Program and Fairway!

  I had a horrible experience with James Beard and Becky Clearwater a couple years ago. short story, I told them multiple times in person and on the phone to NOT run my credit yet because I wasn’t ready to purchase A house yet. I just wanted to talk about my options for the future. They were very pushy and told me they just needed a copy of my tax records so they could give me an idea on what we might be able to afford. I have it to them, and they walked out of the room to “make a copy” and ran my credit!! I was so Upset. THEN a few MONTHS later, after I stopped returning their phone calls I get a notification from credit karma that they ran my credit AGAIN!!! I was trying to build my credit, and each time they ran it, my score lowered about 15 points each time. It make me feel “stuck” like I had to work with them now since they already ran my credit and. I think that was their plan. I tried to fight it but they lawyered up and refused to help. I ended up going to guild mortgage and had a great experience.

  We have worked with Bill Gill on several occasions and found his help beyond reproach. Courteous and professional. His replies are fast and thorough. Very easy to work with and has a great knowledge base. We have also worked with TICOR Title and Bill Gill together. Highly recommend. Have referred friends to him with success too. First person we call for home finance needs.
