  Michael went above and beyond what should have been required of his job description. He was very patient with us, especially asking so many basic questions as 1st time home buyers. He supported us step by step throughout the process. Even when we had problems withdrawing from our bank which was our responsibility, Michael stepped in acted as a liason and assisted/advised us. We were so very lucky to have Michael.

  Allen and his team at Fairway turned out to be exactly what we needed. Communication was excellent. We were updated constantly and emails and phone calls were always answered. They took their time explaining the process, what was happening, what was needed, etc.. They made us feel relaxed during a stressful time; I cant express enough just how important that was!

  My easier and fastest home loan ever. This was by far the easiest process to get a home loan. Brett an his team got it down to a science. He did his initial documents request. Everything was done online. Very professional and thorough. Always on top of everything and keeping me informed all the way thru the loan process. Working late, weekends and even when not feeling so good. If I had a question within a few minutes I got a response. Thank you Brett it was a pleasure working with you.

  The loan officer, Paul Thompson, was very professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. He was always in contact through out the process.
