  Dustin is the utmost professional, communicative, and available to answer questions. I appreciated the team approach, all hands-on deck, for the loan process. Marco took time to explain and explore options that I did not know were available and had not previously considered. Emails were sent regularly with updates about the status of my loan. It was this personalized approach that set Fairway apart from the competition. Thank you for a job well done!

  Scott Edgin was NOT truthful with me. He told me I could not be approved and that all mortgage companies use the same system for preapproval so if he couldn't get me approved no one could. This was a lie. I was approved with another lender and purchased a home no problem. I wasted valuable time trying to get a mortgage through this company. If they could not approve me, fine but scott should not have lied to me by saying all companies use the same system for preapproval. He should have been honest with me and he was not. I strongly recommend you not waste your time as I did

  From start to finish the experience was amazing. Our realtor referred us here when we first started house hunting pre-2020. When we really started to look this year we were partnered with Jim on Dustin's team and it was amazing. He was always right on top of everything we needed and made sure we were never in the dark about anything in this process. We just closed on our first house and are so happy. No matter the question or the time of day Jim would get us a reply asap. We are so thankful and appreciative for all the hard work Jim, Dustin and the team did to make our dream a reality. I would definitely recommend this team for first time buyers!
