  I have dealt with John Kolb on multiple houses and I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience. He not only got me good rates but he didn’t charge me a lot of the extra fees that mortgage companies can add on to an already expensive process. His communication has been awesome and he always either answers his phone or calls back promptly.
